Football and hayfever? I’ve never heard of any professional players moan about hayfever. Sometimes I wonder if it will affect my chances of playing professional and I feel really down.

But the really bad pollen season only lasts a couple of months and i’m back into full swing with my training before the football season begins.

Although the hayfever started this weekend, I was really feeling it at Chelsea’s Asian Soccer Star search, I can already tell it’s not as bad as I used to feel over the past couple of years.

Playing football won’t be affected by hayfever for me in the future, my dad started me on a course of natural foods to eat a couple of months ago. I can really feel the difference.

He started by making sure I was taking my vitamin tablets especially vitamin C, eating locally made honey and also eating fresh pineapple and drinking fresh pineapple juice (I only have a bit of pineapple and its juice because I really am not a fan of pineapple)

Whatever is in these foods seem to be working. I definitely don’t feel as bad as I did last year and am ready to start my training in the park today.
